Traditional Thai massage
Thai massage is a combination of stretching, muscle massage, joint rotations and stimulation of the meridian pathways. It is a form of massage where both the client and the therapist are in motion, and where the therapist uses knees, elbows and forearms in addition to his hands. Thai massage can be very hard, but in return the client is left with both physical and mental well-being after the treatment.
Thai Herbal Ballmassage
Thai Herbal ball massage contains up to 22 different 100% natural herbs, which are held in a soft piece of cotton. Herbal ball is heated before massage with steam, to approx. 100 degrees. The oils and pleasant scents from the herbs are released during the massage. With Herbal ball massage you experience a new world with a beauty oasis for health, relaxation and wellness. Thai Herbal ball massage has a de-stressing effect, and relieves soreness and pain in the muscles. It reduces muscle tension, heals and cares for the skin and increases blood supply to the skin, giving the skin a healthier appearance. It helps with digestion by massaging the stomach, and stimulates lymphatic drainage.
Oil Massage
Oile massage er et alternativ til den hårde thai massage, idet denne massageform er blid og afslappende. Oliemassagen, hvor massøren kommer rundt på hele kroppen, er den rene wellness, og er god mod trætte og spændte muskler. Massøren påfører olie på klientens krop, og massere klientens muskler med hænderne, arme og albue, og får løsnet op for alle musklerne, hele kroppen bliver behandlet. Massagen fjerner træthed, og forøger klientens daglige energi, som hjælper hvad enten klienten har en skade i forbindelse med sport, stress i forbindelse med en travl hverdag, hvis klienten har ondt i ryggen, skuldre, nakken, ben, arme, osv., får det klientens muskler at slappe af. Mange mennesker har problemer med smerter i muskler, uanset om man er ung eller gammel, men de fleste gør først noget ved problemet, når de ikke længere kan holde smerterne ud. Det er absolut bedre at forebygge.
